Dr. Martens has been around for forever, but the last couple of years they have been everywhere. I myself own a pair, which I where almost everyday. Docs seem to be able to go with anything, throw on a jeans jacket and you are good to go. I decided to call this post 'Doc Takeover' because it is official, the cool kids are here to stay. The only mens section I have shopped in, is my fathers closet and once to by a sweater at my neighborhood Kmart. Yup Kmart. But Complex Geometries have me fiening for their Tall Sweats. They look like perfection, made out of wool jersey, they feature the perfect amount of slouch and personify relaxation. I want.

Back in September I reported to you all the top trends that NY Mag forcasted for this fall, and on top of the list was velvet.
