While out and about in NYC with her "The City" co-star Whitney Port, Olivia was spotted with a very chic casual outift that anyone of us can throw together. Everything flows so well in this outfit, but the silver shoes is what makes it pop while not standing out too much. I automatically started to search for silver lace ups that Olivia wore.
